Our Story
Where Dependable Well Service began
Long before there was a company, there was the work. For years, Victor Jordan ran a wide range of operations for some of the most respected well service companies in the Permian Basin. He learned the business from the location up — what it takes to keep a well producing, how to run a crew, and what separates an outfit operators call back from one they only call once.
He carried every one of those lessons with him. On June 29, 2011, Victor put his own name behind the work and founded Dependable Well Service — a company built to run the way the name promises. Not the biggest outfit in the Basin. The one that shows up when it says it will.
That standard still runs the whole operation: efficient, ethical, and honest on every ticket. DWS has never chased work by cutting corners or underbidding the job — it has earned customers the hard way, one location at a time, by the sheer quality of the service delivered. Operators stay with us because the work speaks before we do.
And it has never been only about the trucks. Victor looks after his family and his employees with the same gratitude and respect he expects them to bring to every customer — because at DWS, the crew is not staff. They are family, and they are the reason the name holds up.
